Imported 21*21 bottom 8 grams 420 grams heavy cotton three-thread fleece fabric, matching 21 double yarn 2*2 thread, horizontal cut fabric, the same body material and the same cylinder to ensure colorless yarn, the body with the same ribbing and the same cylinder yarn-dyed, the front print has achieved different peeling and depth effects in the process of stone grinding and heavy washing, creating the visual effect of ink splashing and dyeing painting, the slurry is made of environmentally friendly gouache slurry and proportioned, the imported slurry has strong performance of adhering to the fabric after hand-painting, high water fastness, and will not desizing and fading after multiple washings. All colors of the whole piece of clothing are aligned with the original version, with a large number of colors, which requires extremely high technical requirements for workers and consumes time. The printing adopts 17 sets of flower plates with water-based ink plate finished printing. A garment needs to be printed more than 30 times.
